Zoom is missing on my desktop

Zoom is not a supported application on Oxeegen's cloud platform. Zoom continues to have security flaws that we feel is not worth the risk to us or our clients.

We recommend and fully support Microsoft Teams. The app is already installed and working on your system. Also as explained during the training sessions, we recommend you use your  smartphone (or your tablet) to perform video conferencing since the speaker and camera experience is far better than the desktop camera options.

Google Meet is another option (you need a google account) and it is widely used.

Of course, you are free to install Zoom at your own risk. However, we cannot support any issues you may have.
