Acrobat won't Save As

When trying to save an Adobe Acrobat file the Save As PDF window appears but is blank. Nothing happens and nothing is saved.

Steps to fix this issue...

If the save-as window is open, close it out.
From the main acrobat screen, select Edit->Preferences.
Click on the General category at the top left of the Preferences screen.
Make sure to uncheck 'Show online storage when saving files'. There should be NO check mark in the box.
Make sure to click 'OK' (You may need to move the preferences screen to get to the OK button).
