Servicom Not Printing to PDF

If you are using Servicom for service tickets and try to print the ticket using the Print-to-PDF, your system may freeze. This is a known issue with Servicom. Sometimes it may work, sometimes it won't.

To avoid this issue, always print the service ticket to SCREEN, then you can print or save that to PDF.
